Access to Work (AtW) is a government-funded scheme designed to support disabled people to start, remain in, and progress in employment. While the scheme offers valuable support, navigating the process and identifying the right provisions can often be complex and unclear.
IntegraSense provides specialist Access to Work consultancy, supporting individuals and employers to understand, access, and make effective use of the scheme. With over 15 years’ experience, we offer practical, informed guidance to ensure that support is appropriate, sustainable, and aligned with real workplace needs.
How We Support You
We work alongside individuals and organisations at every stage of the Access to Work process, providing clear and tailored support that goes beyond basic applications.
This includes support with completing and managing applications, identifying appropriate support packages, and ensuring that recommendations are realistic, effective, and properly implemented. We also assist in sourcing and coordinating services, helping to bridge the gap between what is funded and what works in practice.
Our role is not only to secure support, but to ensure that it is meaningful – enabling individuals to work confidently and organisations to provide appropriate, well-structured support.

A Practical, Joined-up Approach
At IntegraSense, our focus is on ensuring that Access to Work support is not only approved, but works effectively in practice. We take a joined-up approach – considering the individual, the role, and the workplace environment – to ensure that support is proportionate, appropriate, and sustainable.
We understand that every workplace and every individual is different. Our role is to bring clarity to the process, reduce uncertainty, and ensure that the support in place genuinely enables people to succeed in their roles.
